ACA 3.1 Update
ACAが3.1にバージョンアップしたのでさっそく、カスタマイズしてUSSの海をクルーズしました。外観は、メインセールとジブがスカルプテッドプリムに変更され、緩やかに弧を描く、美しいシルエットになりました。また、最近のTrudeau艇と同じように、風向きに対してセールの角度が適切でないとshiver（バタバタとはためく）するため、とてもリアルです。操舵した印象は、セールの角度調整がシビアになったようでピタッとあっているときと、そうでないときとのスピード差がより大きくなったような気がします。他にも変更点がありそうなのでしばらくは帆走しながら、徐々にアジャストしていきたいと思います:)
ACA Trophy Prize
ACA Trophy 2011の表彰式があり、3位のトロフィーを戴きました。やたっ！でも、めっちゃ大きくて置き場所がないという噂も・・・ｗ（SSはBoltの持つ至高の銀杯を物欲しげに見つめるわたし。）定例のレースだと、それぞれのスキッパーがカテゴリーごとに分散してしまうのですが、その名だたるスキッパーが一堂に会した、とても豪華な大会でした。その大会で、好成績を上げられたことは大きな自信になりました。（真剣に優勝を狙っていたので悔しい気持ちもありますが）また、タイムトライアルとマッチレースという、初めての経験を通じて、スキッパーとしての幅が広がりました。この経験を今後に活かしていきたいと思います:)パーティでSilberとシンクロダンス٩͡[๏̯͡๏]۶٩͡[๏̯͡๏]۶
ACA Trophy 2011 Final
ACA TrophyのFinalが開催され、BoltがKazumaさんを3-2で下して優勝しました。ゲートの通過忘れとクラッシュによって2勝をふいにしたものの、そこから3連勝する揺るぎない強さがBoltにはありました。わたしはElite Cupに進んだすべてのスキッパーとマッチレースをしましたが（練習を含めて）プレスタートの最初の5分は劣勢でもいいので、残り1分のツボさえ押さえておけば、そこで形勢逆転できる感覚、自信がありました。ただ、唯一その逆転を許してくれないスキッパーがBoltでした。彼に対してだけはプレスタート開始から優位に立たない限り勝機はなく、Portサイドで勝つことは至難の業でした。今回のスキッパーの中で、別格の強さを誇るBoltが優勝したことは誰もが納得できる結果 [...]

Confusion
NYCのACAレース（Graded）に参加しました。この日から、全コースが一新されるとともに風位も今までの170度から220度に変更になったようでマップを凝視しながらなんとか走りきりました（；´д｀ ）かなり大きな変更なので、できれば直前告知ではなくてもっと早い時期に告知しておいて欲しいですね～。他のレースですでに走っているViciouslyがコースにだいぶ慣れてる感じだったのでなるべく早めにキャッチアップしないとです。結果は・・・http://forum.slsailing.co/index.php/topic,492.0.html

Intermediate Trophy
ACA TrophyのIntermediate Trophy（9-12位決定戦）を観戦しました。本来、Elite Cupに出ているべきレベルのjoroですから特に問題なく1位になると思われましたがKurtのスタートが抜群に上手く、レースは両者による大接戦。それぞれ2勝ずつでポイントも並びましたが次点ポイントのよかったjoroがタイブレークにより僅差で1位になりました。Jimboo、Naeveも絡む場面が多く、とても見応えのある素晴らしいレースでした:)あと、同時に開催されたACA Lite FinalsはOxが危なげなく1位になりました。詳細はこちら

NYCのACAレース（Graded）に参加しました。少なめの4艇でしたがGemma、Viciously、Jereといずれも難敵。今日は、SIM越えに妙に時間がかかり、先行しても、そこで差を詰められる場面が多かったのですが後続艇が2位争いでつぶしあいをしている間に再び差を広げて、うまく逃げ切ることができました。2レースめは、コースを間違えて戻ろうとしたのですが自分がどこにいるのかわからなくなってリタイア。方向音痴の本領を発揮してしまいました（；´д｀ ）結果は・・・http://forum.slsailing.co/index.php/topic,433.0.html

Big Race
NYCのACAレースに参加しました。この日のメンバーでは、Silber、joro、Viciouslyがかなり速く他もACA Trophyの参加メンバー主体のため、レベルが高いです。この日のように、一定レベル以上のACAが8艇も集まると大きいだけに、ディンギーのようなわけにもいかず、スタート前は修羅場。ACAはウィンドシャドーが特に強く風下からのスタートになると風上数艇からのシャドーを受けて悲惨な状態になるため、みんな風上エンドからスタートを切るのに必死です。ひさしぶりにHawkともレースしたいのですがACA Trophyが終わるまでは無理でしょうね。
Petit Final
日本時間の昨夜未明、Petit Finalが行われ、Silberに2-0で勝利して3位が確定しました。結果的には連勝でしたが、プレスタート中は攻守がめまぐるしく入れ替わるタフな展開。それにあまり引きずられるとSilberのペースになるので適当なところでかわして、スタートラインまでのアプローチの段階で好位置を確保するように注力しました。やはりSilberはさすがに上手く、今大会で対戦した中で一番厳しい相手でした。そんな相手と素晴らしいレースができて、今は充実感でいっぱいです。Hawkが編集してくれた動画であらためて振り返っても見応えのある、いいレースだったと思います:)詳細は・・・http://www.slsailing.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&am [...]
